How long will it take to get setup with my Newsletter?
We will email you a proof of your newsletter about one business day after you order and send us your graphics. Once you okay the proof, you’ll start receiving your newsletter that Monday for the Weekly Mortgage Newsletter.
To whom should I send my Weekly Mortgage Newsletter?
We generally recommend that you send your newsletter to each of your referral sources, including realtors, builders, financial planners, CPAs, appraisers, etc. You might also consider sending it to any real estate investors or other customers that may be interested in knowing what is going on in the mortgage marketplace.
How should I deliver my Weekly Mortgage Newsletter?
Most of our subscribers maintain an email distribution list in their email program. When they get into the office on Monday morning, they open the email from DoMyMarketing.com and save their Newsletter to their hard drive. They then write an email, often including local news or something relevant to the individuals on their distribution list, attach their Newsletter and send it to their distribution list.
Many of our subscribers also print a stack of their Newsletters and set them in their office lobby. Some of our subscribers keep a brochure holder in the lobbies of local businesses, such as real estate and builders’ offices, and they deliver a stack of their Newsletters each Monday.
If you have referral sources that do not have email, you can also fax a copy of the newsletter. Please remember to get permission from the recipient as unsolicited faxes are illegal.
What if I do not have a photo or a logo?
No Worries! We can still personalize a newsletter for you! We've got stock graphics that we'll use on your newsletter. If you ever want to add or change your photo or logo, just drop us an email. We'll be happy to update it for you.
What if I do not have a digital photo or logo?
Please feel free to drop it in the mail to us. We’ll gladly scan your photo or logo for your newsletter. We’ll even send you the digital file so you can use it for other things.
